Rosolio is a classic Italian liqueur that has been produced, especially in Sicily, since the 16th century. The traditional definition is a mixture of equal parts alcohol, sugar, and water, along with a flavoring ingredient. For Italicus, various botanicals such as chamomile, gentian, and yellow roses are blended with bergamot. On the nose, Italicus offers aromas of roses and lavender. Citrus notes and floral spices emerge on the palate.
