General Terms and Conditions of Sale – March 2026 Version
1. Scope / General Provisions
Feldschlösschen Getränke Shop is the online store of Feldschlösschen Getränke AG, headquartered at Theophil Roniger Strasse, 4310 Rheinfelden. Feldschlösschen Getränke Shop’s offerings are intended for private individuals residing in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Shipping (free for orders over 70 CHF). For orders under 70 CHF, a 10 CHF surcharge will be applied for small quantities.
Thanks to our logistics partner, we deliver Monday through Friday throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We cover all regions of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The sales contract is entered into with Feldschlösschen Getränke AG.
Special provisions: Friendspacks will be delivered within a maximum of ten business days.
Online product offers are valid only as long as they are displayed in the online store and while supplies last. The images shown in the online store are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all services offered by the Feldschlösschen store.
2. Registration, Product Orders, and Right of Withdrawal
2.1. Registration
Registration for the online store is restricted to individuals with legal capacity. It is free of charge. There is no legal right to be admitted to the online store. The customer is required to provide the information requested for registration completely and truthfully.
It is the customer’s responsibility to keep their information up to date.
2.2. Placing an Order / Conclusion of the Contract
Orders can only be placed online via the dedicated ordering page on the website.
Customer orders are confirmed via email. The contract between the customer and the Feldschlösschen Getränke Shop is considered concluded only upon receipt of this order confirmation. The Feldschlösschen Getränke Shop reserves the right not to accept an order, for any reason, and to refuse to confirm it.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that all information provided is accurate.
2.3. Minimum order amount
The minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping is 70 CHF (including tax), excluding shipping and handling fees. If your order total is less than 70 CHF, a small-order surcharge of 10 CHF will be applied.
2.4. Right of Withdrawal / Order Changes and Cancellations
You cannot modify orders that have already been confirmed.
3. Delivery
3.1. Delivery of Goods
Deliveries are made directly to the delivery address and contact person specified by the customer, or the customer may pick up the order at an agreed-upon location.
Depending on the product range and delivery location, deliveries are made by courier partners designated by the Feldschlösschen store.
Delivery is made exclusively to the predefined delivery address specified in the order. A free choice or subsequent change of the delivery address is not possible. Delivery is limited to accessible addresses of private individuals within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Deliveries weighing more than 250 kg are carried out using a pallet jack. In this case, delivery to upper floors is excluded.
3.2. Delivery Times and Timely Delivery
The Feldschlösschen store and its delivery partners do everything possible to meet delivery times. All delivery times indicated by the Feldschlösschen store are purely approximate. Failure to meet delivery times does not entitle the customer to cancel the contract or claim damages. If the Feldschlösschen store or its delivery partners are unable to deliver all or part of an order confirmed by the Feldschlösschen store, this does not entitle the customer to any compensation. The value of the undelivered goods will be refunded.
3.3. Shipping costs
Shipping is free for orders over 70 CHF.
3.4. Delivery in the customer’s absence
For quality and safety reasons, the Feldschlösschen store is committed to delivering goods directly to the customer. If in-person delivery is not possible during the agreed time slot, the goods will be left at the entrance to the residence, provided the customer has given their consent during the ordering process.
Upon delivery of the goods, or from the moment they are placed in front of the building’s entrance, all risks and benefits—including, in particular, the risk of theft, damage caused by third parties, and effects related to environmental conditions—are transferred to the customer.
3.5. Empty Containers and Refundable Deposits
A deposit is required for reusable bottles and crates. The deposit will be charged at the time of ordering.
Empty packaging is collected free of charge at the time of delivery of the full products (at the same time). The deposit amount will be refunded by the courier to the payment method used for the order (within 3 business days of pickup).
If you would like to have your empty packaging picked up without placing an order, you can do so for a flat fee of 35 CHF. You must request the pickup in-store.
Once the empty bottles and crates have been returned, the deposit will be refunded to the payment method used for the order (within 3 business days of pickup). It is important that the returned empty bottles are complete. The crates must be returned with the returnable bottles inside them.
Unregistered empty packaging must not be returned to the courier. Otherwise, unfortunately, you will not be able to receive a refund of your deposit.
Glass bottles without a deposit, aluminum cans, PET bottles, and cardboard packaging must be disposed of by the customer.
3.6. Complaints and Returns
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the delivered goods. Any defects must be reported to the carrier upon receipt of the goods. Otherwise, the delivery is considered to be in order and accepted by the customer. Hidden defects must be reported to Feldschlösschen Getränke Shop’s customer service as soon as they are discovered.
Drinks that were delivered by mistake and that the customer has accepted do not necessarily have to be returned to the Feldschlösschen Getränke Shop.
Products ordered by mistake will not be accepted for return or refunded.
3.7. Cancellation of the delivery by the Feldschlösschen store
If delivery cannot be successfully completed for reasons beyond the control of the Feldschlösschen store—such as an incorrect delivery address, the recipient’s absence without authorization to leave the goods at the building’s entrance, the recipient has not reached the minimum age requirement, lack of access authorization, unfavorable weather or traffic conditions, etc., delivery is not possible or can only be made under difficult conditions, Feldschlösschen Getränke Shop has the right to cancel the order. In such cases, any claim for damages or restitution in kind by the customer is completely excluded.
3.8. Cancellation of the delivery by the customer
Unfortunately, at this time, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been confirmed.
4. Rates and Payment
The Feldschlösschen online store reserves the right to change its product selection and prices at any time. The promotional prices listed on the Feldschlösschen online store apply exclusively to the online store accessible at www.feldschloesschen.ch, unless otherwise expressly stated.
4.1. Pricing Terms
All prices are listed in Swiss francs and include applicable VAT. The applicable prices are those listed on the website www.feldschloesschen.ch at the time of ordering.
4.2. Payment Methods
Various payment methods are available; however, the Feldschlösschen store reserves the right to decide, at its sole discretion, which payment method will be accepted in each individual case.
4.2.1 Purchase with invoice and installment payment option (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the “Purchase by Invoice” payment method. With the order invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchases by invoice.
The invoice will be emailed to you on the same day you place your order. This service is free of charge. If you do not make full payment by the due date, you will receive a monthly invoice the following month summarizing your orders. A fee of CHF 2.90 will be charged for this monthly invoice.
For further details on fees, please refer to the current version of Powerpay’s fee schedule, in accordance with its terms and conditions.
Upon execution of the sales contract, POWERPAY assumes responsibility for the receivable arising from the invoice and handles the related payment arrangements. In the case of a purchase on account, the user agrees to comply with both our general terms and conditions and those of POWERPAY.
5. Product Declaration
5.1. Product Information
The product information published in the online store is updated regularly and with the utmost care. In exceptional cases, this information may differ from the details actually listed on the packaging. In such cases, the information on the packaging always takes precedence. Since the composition may change at any time, we recommend that you regularly check the list of ingredients on the packaging and pay attention to allergy warnings.
With regard to wines, the vintage delivered may differ from the one ordered. If the vintage ordered is no longer available, the closest available vintage will be delivered automatically to ensure that the customer receives the quantity of wine ordered. Such a difference from the vintage ordered generally does not entitle the customer to return the delivered goods, unless the wine is defective or damaged.
6. Protection of Minors
The Feldschlösschen store does not sell or deliver beer, wine, cider, spirits, aperitifs, or alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 18. By providing their date of birth, customers confirm their age to ensure compliance with this policy and applicable laws. The Feldschlösschen store’s delivery partners reserve the right to verify a customer’s age before delivering or shipping the goods.
7. Guarantee of Data Disclosure
Given the current state of technology, it is not possible to guarantee that data transmission over the Internet will be error-free and/or available at all times. The Feldschlösschen store cannot therefore be held liable either for the permanent and uninterrupted availability of the online store or for technical and electronic errors that occur during a sales transaction, in particular delays in the processing or acceptance of orders.
8. Discounts, benefits, and gift cards
8.1. Discounts
Discounts cannot be combined with one another, nor can they be combined with other promotions. Spirits, sweet wines, bottled water from other manufacturers, and customizable items (such as the Feldschlösschen Friendspack) are excluded. The Feldschlösschen store reserves the right to exclude other products from any promotion.
8.2. Actions
Promotional offers from the Feldschlösschen store may be limited to certain delivery areas and are valid while supplies last. As part of these offers, the quantity that can be ordered per purchase may be limited.
8.3. Gift Cards
The Feldschlösschen store accepts only gift cards that explicitly state the store as the place of redemption. Only one gift card may be used per order; multiple gift cards cannot be combined.
9. Intellectual Property and Other Rights
Feldschlösschen Getränke AG is the owner and operator of the online store www.feldschloesschen.ch. All trademarks, names, titles, logos, images, designs, texts, and other elements used on this website are the property of Feldschlösschen Getränke AG. Viewing, downloading, or copying the pages does not confer any rights (rights of use, intellectual property rights, etc.). Reproduction (in whole or in part), transmission (electronically or by other means), modification, linking, or use of the portal for public or commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written authorization.
10. After-sales service and complaints
Customer service provides information and personalized assistance for any questions, issues, or complaints regarding the services offered by the Feldschlösschen store.

Any defects must be reported upon receipt of the goods. Otherwise, the goods are deemed to have been accepted by the customer in perfect condition. Hidden defects must be reported to Feldschlösschen Getränke Shop customer service as soon as they are discovered.
11. Terms and Conditions
11.1. Safeguard Clause
If, for any reason, any provision of these general terms and conditions should be found to be unenforceable or invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
11.2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is CH-4310 Rheinfelden or the customer’s place of residence.
12. Amendments and Additions
The Feldschlösschen store expressly reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) at any time in light of changing circumstances and to apply them immediately.
Special terms and conditions: Feldschlösschen Loyalty Program / Club Feldschlösschen
1. Scope of Application and Relationship to Other General
Terms and Conditions 1.1. These Special Terms and Conditions govern participation in and use of the Feldschlösschen Loyalty Program (the “Loyalty Program”), operated by Feldschlösschen Getränke AG (Feldschlösschen).
1.2. Purchases made in our online store are also subject to the Feldschlösschen store’s general terms and conditions of sale. In the event of any conflict, these special terms and conditions shall prevail over the store’s general terms and conditions only to the extent that they pertain to the loyalty program.
2. Terms of Participation and Accounts
2.1. Eligible to participate are individuals of legal age (at least 18 years old) with legal capacity who have a personal customer account on the Feldschlösschen website or within the Feldschlösschen Club and who reside in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Employees of Feldschlösschen Getränke AG or its affiliated companies are excluded from the loyalty program. Admission to the loyalty program does not confer any legal rights.
2.2. Participation in the loyalty program and all related communications take place automatically through the existing customer account and the email address associated with it. New participants need to register only once. Registration is free. Only one customer account is permitted per person.
2.3. All personal information in the customer’s account must be accurate. The customer is required to update their personal information in the event of any changes.
2.4. Feldschlösschen reserves the right to request appropriate documentation verifying your identity and place of residence. It has the right to merge multiple accounts, suspend accounts, and take any other appropriate measures to ensure compliance with these special terms and conditions.
3. Earning points (“points”)
3.1. Points are awarded for specific activities within the Feldschlösschen Club, at Feldschlösschen beverage stores, or on other designated platforms, such as online purchases, “likes,” ratings, comments, forum posts, newsletter subscriptions, and following Feldschlösschen on Instagram. The current options are listed on the loyalty program page. Feldschlösschen reserves the right to make changes at any time.
3.2. Points are automatically credited to the customer account as soon as the corresponding promotional link has been activated and the action has been completed. Example: To earn points by following Feldschlösschen on Instagram, customers must first click the “Follow on Instagram” link, then follow the Feldschlösschen profile from their own profile.
3.3. The following rule currently applies to earning points through purchases in our online store: 1 CHF spent = 1 point (excluding shipping costs, deposits, etc.).
3.4. Points for purchases are credited only for goods that have actually been paid for, not canceled, and not returned. In the event of cancellation or return, a corrective entry (deduction) is made, which may result in a negative point balance.
3.5. Feldschlösschen may set maximum limits, quality requirements (e.g., relevant contributions rather than spam), and exclusions (e.g., shipping costs, deposits, blocked product categories), and may correct points credited in error or through abuse.
3.6. The current point balance can be viewed at any time in the personal customer profile.
4. Levels, status, and benefits
4.1. The loyalty program includes the following levels: – Bronze (0 to 99 points)
– Silver (100 to 499 points) and-
Gold (500 points and above).
4.2. Benefits vary by level. Generally, the higher the level, the greater the benefits. An up-to-date overview of all benefits by level is available here. The availability of limited-quantity benefits (e.g., gift cards, free products) is subject to stock availability. Feldschlösschen may modify the levels (required number of points) and the associated benefits at any time and unilaterally.
4.3. The use or expiration of points does not affect tier status; that is, once a tier is reached, it cannot be lost. Excluded are point deductions resulting from cancellation/return (Section 3.3) or abuse (Section 7).
5. Expiration of Points
5.1. Points expire after more than 12 months of inactivity (no point activity), upon cancellation from the program, or upon closure of the customer account.
5.2. Feldschlösschen is not required to send a notification prior to expiration due to inactivity.
6. Redeeming points (gift cards)
6.1. At checkout, points can be redeemed for Feldschlösschen gift cards* or gift cards for other specified products:
– 500 points = 5 CHF–
1,000 points = 10 CHF–
2,000 points = 20
CHF – 5,000 points = 50
CHF – 10,000 points = 100 CHF
.*Vouchers for selected Feldschlösschen brand products; special items (e.g., limited editions) are excluded.
6.2. Combination: Only one voucher may be used per order; combination with other vouchers is not permitted (unless otherwise expressly stated). The rules regarding gift cards and discounts set forth in Section 8 of the store’s Terms and Conditions apply.
6.3. The validity period and any other conditions of a gift card are indicated on the card itself; statutory limitation periods remain reserved.
7. Abuse
7.1. In the event of abuse, Feldschlösschen reserves the right to deduct points, adjust levels, suspend accounts (temporarily or permanently), or exclude participants, as well as to void vouchers that have already been issued and obtained through abuse. The following, in particular
, constitute abuse:
– spam behavior (e.g., mass comments/likes with no real value intended to artificially generate points),
– the exploitation of system loopholes or errors to obtain points unjustifiably,
– the use of bots, multiple accounts, click farms, self-interactions, or any other form of manipulation.
7.2. Forum posts and interactions must comply with both the specific guidelines of the loyalty program and the platform’s current terms of use.
7.3. Feldschlösschen reserves the right to moderate or remove content.
8. Non-transferability and Legal Nature of Points
8.1. Points, tiers, and rights arising from the loyalty program (including gift cards earned through points) are personal, non-transferable, non-heritable, and non-assignable.
8.2. Under no circumstances is there a right to a cash refund.
9. Changes, Termination, and Account Closure
9.1. Feldschlösschen may, at any time, modify the loyalty program and these terms and conditions, or terminate the loyalty program. Significant changes are generally communicated via the loyalty program page and/or by email.
9.2. Participants may withdraw from the program by contacting our customer service via email (section 12). In the event of withdrawal, accumulated points expire. Vouchers that have already been issued and obtained in good faith, as well as other benefits, remain valid until the end of their stated validity period.
9.3. Legal rights and the Terms and Conditions of the online store remain unaffected.
10. Protection of Minors and Age Verification
The protection of minors applies to the purchase and sale of alcoholic beverages; sales to individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted. The age provided will be verified. Feldschlösschen and its delivery partners reserve the right to request additional age verification prior to product delivery.
11. Data
Protection 11.1. Data collected as part of the loyalty program (specifically the point balance, tier, vouchers earned and redeemed, and other benefits) is used exclusively for the purpose of implementing the program. In addition to awarding points and granting benefits, we may also monitor customer activities to identify any abuse and take appropriate action (e.g., by excluding the customer from the loyalty program).
11.2. Furthermore, the processing of personal data is governed by Feldschlösschen’s Privacy Policy (including the Cookie Policy).
