How can I order products?
You can order directly online through the online store. Simply sign up using the login feature.
Where can I place an order?
Our services are available exclusively to individuals and companies based in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount at our beverage store. However, for orders under 70 CHF, we charge a small-order surcharge of 10 CHF.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, at this time, you cannot modify or cancel your order once it has been confirmed.
Do the prices include VAT?
All prices are listed in Swiss francs, including VAT. We do not charge any fees for the selected payment methods.
How and when will my drinks be delivered?
Your drinks will be delivered by our partner, 7Days, on the date you choose and to the address of your choice.
How can I return my empty bottles?
You can simply return your empty containers to our supplier when you place your next order. To do so, just select the “Return empty containers” option at checkout and choose the products you’d like to have picked up. If you wish to return your empty containers without placing an order, you can have them picked up at your home for an additional fee. To do so, add the “Pickup” product to your cart for CHF 35. When paying for your order, you can register your empty containers as a return under “Crates for deposit refund.” As soon as your empty containers have been picked up, the deposit will be credited to your payment method. We do not currently pick up empty containers without a deposit. The collection of empty bottles applies only to products ordered through our online store (and previously justDrink).
