Plantation is at home in the halls of Cognac Ferrand and is dedicated to refining rum. For Dark Pineapple, pineapple peels and pulp are macerated in various rums and then blended together in a further distillation process. The result is a dark, sweetish rum with intense pineapple aromas and notes of caramel and baked banana. Dark Pineapple is suitable for many cocktails from Tiki bar culture, such as Piña Colada or Zombie.
