Our Aranciata is made with Gargano IGP Slow Food Presidio oranges. At the end of winter, the oranges ripen overlooking one of the most beautiful bays on the Adriatic coast. This gives them excellent resistance to oxidation after harvesting: thin peel, crisp flesh, and sweet juice combine to create a unique product. Its color is a lightly opaque orange with moderate tones. Fine and persistent effervescence accompanies an intense, powerful, deep, and distinctive aroma of citrus fruits, spring flowers, and herbal essences. On the palate, sweetness alternates with a gentle, balanced acidity reminiscent of the characteristic sensations of ripe oranges.
