Jsotta was born as a Swiss vermouth as early as 1899 and enjoyed its boom in the 1950s and 1960s. After production was discontinued at the end of the 1990s, Jsotta returned to the Swiss market in 2016 with its classic recipe. Delicate, balanced aromas of herbs and spices reach the nose. Light red wine notes combined with a harmonious balance of bitterness and sweetness characterize the palate, before this harmonious combination ends in a long-lasting, full-bodied finish. Jsotta Rosso is best enjoyed neat over ice as an aperitif or in refined cocktails.
