Fior di Vite is a classic Italian grappa from Ramazzotti. In the steam distillation process, the aromatic compounds are gently extracted from the grape pomace. Aging in barrels gives the grappa its golden-yellow color and mild character. Rich and complex on the nose, with a slightly sweet palate. Fior di Vite is often enjoyed as a digestif or in a caffè corretto.
