A tequila produced in small batches from 100% premium blue Weber agave. The result is a crisp, clean taste. The agave hearts are cooked in traditional stone ovens for 72 hours and then fermented for another 80 hours. That is almost twice as long as the industry standard. The reposado then matures for seven months in carefully selected American oak barrels that were previously used to age premium whiskey.
