A tequila produced in small batches from 100% high-quality Blue Weber agave. The result is a crisp, clean taste. The agave hearts cook for 72 hours in traditional stone ovens and then ferment for another 80 hours. That’s almost twice as long as the industry standard. The Blanco then rests for 2 months before being bottled.
