Start your day at a leisurely pace from 10:00 a.m. and enjoy a hearty breakfast featuring regional specialties, fresh pastries, and other delicacies.

Serving size per person on the shelf:

  • Various types of cheese
  • Ham and meat from Graubünden
  • Small serving of Bircher muesli
  • Homemade Swiss Beer Brownie
  • 1 glass of orange juice
  • Vegetable sticks with sauce
      

Hot breakfast options and add-ons

For anyone who would like to customize their brunch at the Feldschlösschen restaurant:

  • Sunny-side-up egg – 2.50 CHF
  • Fried egg with bacon – 5.00 CHF
  • Scrambled eggs – 5.00 CHF per serving
  • Egg cooked for 3 minutes – 2.50 CHF
  • Omelet – 5.00 CHF per serving
    (with bacon, onions, mushrooms, or diced tomatoes – 0.50 CHF per ingredient)
  • Mini white sausages with pretzels and sweet mustard – CHF 7.50
