What began as an April Fool’s joke on Instagram in 2016 soon became a reality: an alcohol-free “gin.” Using an elaborate process, an alcohol-free distillate made from juniper and lemon blossoms is produced and infused with 18 additional botanicals. Siegfried Wonderleaf is the perfect base for classic gin cocktails—simply without the alcohol. On the palate, pronounced notes of citrus fruits and juniper, along with classic gin botanicals such as cardamom, ginger, and pepper.
