For around 200 years, this classic has been made from the two French white wines Piquepol de Pinto and Clairette de Languedoc and, uniquely among vermouths worldwide, aged in Canadian oak barrels. It is then infused with a blend of 20 aromatic herbs and spices. The finished product impresses with a delicate, refined aroma, subtle acidity, and a hint of coriander on the finish.
