Luxardo Maraschino is an Italian classic and is used in many cocktails. This cherry liqueur is one of the few liqueurs produced by distillation. It is made from the Marasca cherry, which is cultivated and processed exclusively by Luxardo. The distillate matures for two years in Finnish ash barrels and is then diluted and further processed.
