Cynar is an Italian semi-bitter liqueur made from 13 carefully selected herbs and fresh artichoke leaves. It has a sweet-bitter character and an intense dark-golden color. It is often enjoyed as an aperitif, either “on the rocks” or mixed with tonic or ginger ale.
