You can simply return the empty packaging to our supplier when you place your next order. To do so, just select the “Return Empty Packaging” option at checkout and choose the products you’d like to have picked up. If you’d like to return your empty packaging without placing an order, you can have it picked up at your home for an additional fee. To do so, add the “Pickup” item to your cart for 35 CHF. When completing your order, you can specify your empty containers as a return in the “Return Crates with Deposit” section. As soon as your empty containers have been picked up, the deposit will be credited to your payment method. We do not currently pick up empty containers without a deposit. The empty container pickup service applies only to products ordered through our online store (and previously on justDrink).
