Malfy Gin: A Piedmontese Delight
It is in Moncalieri, near Turin, that the Vergano family distillery produces Malfy Gin. This small Piedmontese town is renowned for its production of wines and spirits. To produce their gin, the Vergano family and its master distillers draw inspiration from processes invented in the 11th century by monks on the Amalfi Coast, which they reinterpret with a contemporary twist.
