La belle Giselle: a natural aperitif from Switzerland

La belle Giselle is an aperitif made from quince, ginger and lime. It is 100% natural and produced in Switzerland in Winterthur. It is as versatile in use as it is in taste: whether with prosecco on ice, in beer or as a cocktail base.

The quality of the raw materials

The quality of the raw materials makes the taste. Giselle gets its smooth and harmonious character as well as its subtly bitter-floral taste from the high quality of the quince and lime juice. The ginger aroma comes through very discreetly. In the production of Giselle, high-quality and exclusively natural raw materials are used, without unnecessary processes.

Visual characteristics

The colour of Giselle is reminiscent of a white wine. The slight haze that can settle on the bottom of the bottle comes from fruit components and underlines the natural character of the Swiss liqueur.
